    @taquishat @mruiz22 - that's amazin guys - well done!!! are you seeing much of a change over the 24 days?? as in impact on your body - would be great to hear how it is impacting on you guys to give us new starts a boost and something to aim for x

    Week 1 is done. Did okay, except for day 6. But I walked 11.5 miles that day, some of it in the middle of a rain storm, so it's not like I coasted :smile: Ready for week 2.

    Debbie- I am a runner and I can definitely tell that my legs/core have gotten stronger for sure. I am currently training for marathon #6 and it has made a big difference on hill/speed workouts. Hang in there and you will get the results as long as you stay consistent with your challenge.

    I'm going to start this tomorrow!

    Love this challenge - but it's too early for me to join that - am only day 6 squat challenge and day 5 of the same plank challenge - Will keep this for October though as think it would follow on nicely from both those challenges.

    Any of those who have started this squat challenge late fancy joining me in Oct for these????

    Well done to you (and all others)... can I ask what benefits you have seen over your 3 weeks? If you don't mind sharing. Is this focusing on core strength? flatting tummy?

    I usually just walk a lot rather than do any focused exercise so really should try something like this.

    I am a runner and currently training for marathon #6. My legs and core have gotten stronger and see the results when I do hill/speed training. Plus I just love squats :smile:

    i would like to join you in October , today is my 8th day in squat challenge , so it is better for me to have company in my next challenge

    @sabreena86 - that's great!! I will set up a challenge group nearer the time!! I agree - company is a big help and motivator - after 1 week of doing both challanges I am already starting to feel stronger and seeing my body start to change!!
