There are tons of squat challenges out there and after reviewing a few of them this one seem reasonable. You can follow this one or find one that meets your level.

saw this and wondered if I could do it and had a go. Surprised myself and actually did 35. It wasn't that long ago that I couldn't do any

day 01: 25 squats =done
day 02: 30 squats =
day 03: 35 squats =
day 04: 40 squats =
day 05: 45 squats =
day 06: 50 squats =
day 07: 55 squats =2 -

I'm in. can we split the reps for example if I am doing 45 reps can I split it to 2 sets 25 & 20...so I have to do in 1 go..0

anything over 25 I have to split, cant see it bein a problem, the main thing is ya get the number of squats in for the day and all other squat challenges iv been on have said to split if ya need to2 -
