    day 1: 25 squats - done
    day 2: 30 squats -
    day 3: 35 squats -
    day 4: 40 squats -
    day 5: 45 squats -
    day 6: 50 squats -
    day 7: 55 squats -

    I'm in. can we split the reps for example if I am doing 45 reps can I split it to 2 sets 25 & 20...so I have to do in 1 go..

    I'm in. can we split the reps for example if I am doing 45 reps can I split it to 2 sets 25 & 20...so I have to do in 1 go..

    anything over 25 I have to split, cant see it bein a problem, the main thing is ya get the number of squats in for the day and all other squat challenges iv been on have said to split if ya need to

    Yup.. You can split it any way you want to.
