    Back to normal routine, in the morning. Did 60, because I didn't see until now that I only needed to do 35. Good practice for end of week.

    ladies Im out for this month, my c section scar has causing me alot of problems and doctor has told me no exercise except gentle walking until we have it sorted, which is not gonna help as im waiting to reach goal weight so can have an operation to remove the scar due to the nerve damage

    sorry to hear that, hope things improve shortly. I do walking as well and seen a huge improvement in strength and stamina, along with a tiny bit of yoga, mostly gentle stretching.
