i finished the 3rd week, so happy with that , I'm really looking forward to completing this challenge

about setting up different group for our new challenge ; it is good idea.. better is to separate challenges in groups in order not to confuse ourselves and others .. so I'm in1 -

90 squat are really hard , but it is exciting to feel small pain in your muscles , and the results are fantastic

I did it , I'm proud of myself and happy because of the result of my legs and buttocks shape , my muscles become waaw ,, thank you all
