    On 8/22 when I started with you guys I was at 162.2
    I really started watching what I eat & getting serious about loosing in January. At that time I was 179 & my goal was 150.
    I can proudly say that today I'm at 153.6 :)
    Not quite to my set goal, nor my challenge goal of 146 but I'll take this

    So busy all weekend I didn't even weigh myself until today.

    Starting weight - 225 (9/18)
    10% - 22.5 lbs.
    Goal weight for Dec 20th - 202.5

    09/25 - 223.8 = -1.2
    10/02 - 222.0 = -1.8
    10/08 - 223.4 = +1.4 :-(
    10/15 - 221.6 = -1.8
    10/22 - 219.2 = -2.4
    10/29 - 218.8 = -0.4
    11/06 - 217.6 = -1.2
    11/15 - 217.4 = -0.2

    LOSS = -7.6lbs
    LEFT TO GOAL = 14.9lbs

    Slight uptick. It happens. Of course, I don't want it to KEEP happening...but who really knows why the body does as it does? Keeping focused, keeping on track, and I'm confident that the total sum of all my efforts will lead to improved body composition.

    Yes! Watched the scale dance up and down the same 1-2 pounds all week like an extra in Riverdance. Glad to see progress in the right direction.

    Thanks! I'm hopeful to drop another 4 or so by the 25th, since things are going so swimmingly!
