What is the lowest IQ you would date?

No diploma, no date. Also anyone that claims a statistically improbable number, no date. Unsmart people do that to sound smart. http://www.iqcomparisonsite.com/iqtable.aspx
Sorry for the double post, but just wanted to reply to this.
Smart people don't necessarily have diplomas. Plus you can get Level 2 Diplomas which are equivalent to GCSes in the UK anyway.
Perhaps you should reevaluate your scale.0 -
Smart enough to see how awesome I am, but not so smart he sees what a raging *kitten* I can be.0

I''m only 137, so pretty stupid I guess. But I look pretty sitting in the corner and smiling! x
HEY! What's that supposed to mean?!
You are in the less than 1 percentile, shouldn't you know?
I don't watch TV. Don't have, only have projectors for films.
That's a scene from Sherlock Holmes and the Space Pirates. In that scene, Watson is shushing his companion who is about to blow their cover as heroin running moon-agents.0 -

99.3181130218% on 15SD scale.0 -
no college diploma/degree. Sorry but....
Well of course there are exceptions. Like someone that invented something or started some revolutionary company at a very young age and simply has been so successful they don't have time for college.
I am highly intelligent without a degree from college. It was a financial thing for me.0 -
By no means I am saying i am a smart *kitten* actually I am pretty stupid most of the time but sometimes I randomly start to get all scientific and technical. If someone can understand 80% of the jokes from the Big Bang Theory then they are good enough for me lol.0
-
it depends on how pretty and how you define "date"
I have "dated" a few REALLY stupid but REALLY cute guys for short periods of time... I consider them like a brownie sundae. Not really a part of my lifestyle but a nice treat every now and again.
I married my best friend and he's not as (book) smart as me, and that's ok with me most of the time.0 -
1400

Many formally educated people I know suffer from a severe lack of emotional intelligence, which is far more important to me.
I like a nice combination of book smart, emotionally smart, and socially smart.0 -
Ok 100 is average. Last I checked, mine was about 134 (which makes me above average (bright), not genius).
My sister, who is one of the smartest people I know, consistently scores 103 on IQ tests. She is smarter than me. I just must be better at testing than her. She's a great teacher, very patient with kids, reads all the time.
If you're basing who you date on an IQ test, don't. You can tell if you are going to have things in common and be able to talk to the person intelligently or if they're dumb as bricks by communicating.0 -
what grade someone got up to has nothing to do with IQ. Some of the most brilliant minds have dropped out of school. As for dating someone with low IQ-- I'll pass. A hook up- sure. That's about it though.0
-
My IQ comes in at 141, so I'm far from the bottom and top. *shrug* Smart enough to know I'm not very smart compared to really smart people :P I couldn't care about IQ to be honest, but I won't date someone who is "stupid", ignorance can be remedied, but intentional stupidity goes right to the core. I care more about how someone treats me and how our interactions play out.0
-
Man, I don't have a number, but someone who isn't able to keep up with my family in conversations would be a terrible match.0
-
Top 1 percent pal, not far from the top!0

I'm curious about all of the people claiming they would only date people with outrageously high IQ's.
Are you aware just what percentage of the world population you're limiting yourself to if you go by people that actually can claim that? It's an insanely small number. (much less than 1%) For ****'s sake Einstein's estimated IQ is 160.
You're discounting a high number of people that are most likely intelligent in ways that are not tested by an IQ test. You're dismissing those who have strong artistic (aesthetic) intelligence. You're also dismissing those with emotional intelligence.
Also, what use is an IQ score in the real world? Does it mean that you've achieved anything tangible?0 -

I get a kick out of some of these super judgmental pseudo-intellectual replies. On the flip side, I agree with those thinking outside of the box on this one.
I'm not sure that an IQ test is a good indication of compatibility. A high scoring individual might spend all day talking to their imaginary friends while dressed in newspaper. The same goes with a college degree. A ton of graduates sit at their parents house smoking weed and waiting for a Fortune 50 to come knocking on their door offering stock options.
There's something a bit deeper than both of these that lures me in, and it is difficult to put a finger on.0 -
hilarious shush pics and ensuing confusion to prove the point...classic.0

Me smart. Want date smart person, so not feel like going out with cave-woman just because of her rocks.0

Don't mind me, just observing. Curious how we can be rated in our entirety on numerical scales.0

hey if they have a sense of humor, they're smart enough for me0
