I love a banana as a preworkout snack,1.5-2hrs before both strength & cardio sessions. Otherwise I don't normally touch them.0

Well, you would, but conveniently your body doesn't need sugar to make sugar, so that's not the same thing as saying you die if you stop ingesting sugar.
Not that I think a diet devoid of all sugar is likely to be healthful, as that would mean no vegetables, among many other foods, but because it is so important your body can make do without it.0 -
Banana is very good for you, I don't eat it when I'm trying to lose weight but if your meal plan have room for a banana then eat it post workout, the body will use the sugar and carbs to replace the glycogen used during the workout and it won't be stored as fat.

oh yea i love natures path vanilla crunch cereal on top or really any cereal i have sometimes ill do two or three different ones
