Oh definitely BAD for me! I'm talking hit me with an epipen bad!0

I have them fried for breakfast sometimes. Two eggs and a fried banana. Delicious! Slice it into pieces, put some no stick cooking spray or a tsp of butter in a pan and cook until the bananas start to turn brown.
I've done that. Also as a side with dinner on occasion. You can broil them too.0 -
They usually tend to be even better with ice cream under them..
...but I digress...1 -

What, are they somehow extracting the potassium from the chocolate?0 -

If there's ice cream too
But not banana ice cream, right?
Vanilla of course
Don't you know nuffin'?0 -
You're all wrong.
Freeze a Mars bar then cut it into thin strips. Slice a banana in half lengthways and layer the Mars strips on one side. Put banana back together and wrap the whole thing in tin foil. Throw on the BBQ. Eat with ice cream. You will never be potassium deficient again!2 -
Personally I don't worry about fruit sugars. I figure- I didn't get fat because I ate too many bananas. Plus they have potassium and are a huge help if find yourself with a charlie horse.1

Have you all heard that the commercial banana is threatened with extinction?

Just started having a banana and protein shake (separately) before my workout and it's made a huuuge difference for me.0 -

There's other niche websites for that sort of thing.4 -

In China, it's illegal to eat one on camera.1 -

I lost 18 pounds eating a banana a day. I blended it with whey protein isolate and milk. I drink it before my workout. It works like a charm0 -

What i don't suggest is substituting one for the other. *Bananas are all good though, don't sweat the natural sugar content. I've yet to come across a natural source of food which is bad for a fully functioning human body.

I eat three bananas every day, and oh, by the way, you die without sugar.
Were you aware of this? Yes, too much is bad just like too much sun is bad, but try living without the sun...
You die without sugar? Really? Really?!
Got any claims to back that up?0 -

Nice cream for breakfast? Why have I never thought of this, especially with cereal on it? That sounds like tomorrow's breakfast plan! Thanks.0 -

You can survive without sugar but you will eventually die if you cut out all forms of all carbs from your diet0 -
Banana is very good for you, I don't eat it when I'm trying to lose weight but if your meal plan have room for a banana then eat it post workout, the body will use the sugar and carbs to replace the glycogen used during the workout and it won't be stored as fat.0
