Fresh Jersey butter (well, technically, I made this at 11pm last night... )

Black Raven Brewery Beaktweaker (sorry, we HATE dry wines, blech)

White chocolate raspberry cheesecake (Greek yogurt based)
Zucchini brownies

Sauteed summer/zucchini squash/cherry tomatoes in broth and a boneless grilled pork chop with BBQ sauce. I think I'll also have a couple slices of nice summer tomato with a schmear of Duke's!0

Roasted home raised chicken, brown & wild rice, corn (hopefully on the cob, but I don't think any are ripe presently), and salad from the garden. Dinner's not for 4 hours but now I'm hungry!1

I made a huge bowl of popcorn...and had orange sherbert.

Beef stir fry with broccoli, onions and peppers. Seasoned with low sodium soy sauce and Thai Chili Garlic sauce. Over rice for those who wanted it.2

Zucchini, fingerling potatoes, peppers and tomato from the garden, simmered with garlic and basil. Added ham cubes and sweet corn cut off the cob at the last minute. It was really good. 307 calories for a big bowl full.0
