I'm more of a mountain biker than a road cyclist but here's a picture of my wife and I with our road bikes, doing some cycling in Munich a few weeks back.3 -
I love my pink Electra cruiser! I ride all over the city with it, and carry all kinds of stuff in my cute wicker basket, which is particularly nice for farmer's market trips. It's impossible to make it go too fast, so I ride at the same pace as my young children. However....however.....I have my old Marlin, loaded with hand-me down goodies from my husband, languishing on a rack in the garage...its siren song has been getting louder and louder as I look to push myself harder. I used to spend an entire day on that thing, on the roads or back in the woods, on such hills as we have around here or on flat but very technical singletrack, before kids. I think it's probably time for a tune up at the bike shop, and I wonder where my padded shorts, my gloves, and the shoes for my clipless pedals have gone....4

My husband and I both love cycling ... we met while cycling the Paris-Brest-Paris in 2003, got to know each other cycling other long distance events in Australia and North America, and then included bicycles in our wedding.
On our wedding day (August 24, 2008), we cycled a century (100 miles) and then got married with our bicycles in attendance.
Relationship goals! This is my dream wedding!1 -
I bought what I call an urban commuter bike (Del Sol campus II) mainly to work some different muscles than ones I use for running. On a trip to Switzerland I noticed how many people use them to get to the train and shop. So I outfitted it with expanding pannier bags an a 64 0z. stainless beer growler. I use it to go shop or to grab a craft brew. Also nice when it gets too hot to run. I feel like a kid again when I ride.1

I live in the Netherlands and we're so blessed with a gorgeous and unique infrastructure. It's great for training, but for climbing I need to go to Belgium2

OMG! I LOVE this picture! So tired of seeing pictures of bmx parks that make you think you have to be a 13 year old boy to use it. Thanks for sharing it - you made my day.4 -

You ever see a trials competition? Those guys are amazing. There used to be a festival near me with a trials comp in the woods on crazy rock features. Really cool stuff to see. Here's a link to a video I took back in 2009

Yea, the family cruisers. Ride a 40 year old Schwinn and then getting on the Giant Propel makes my road bike feel like it's about 3 lbs. lol

No I wear mine sometimes. Here is a video I took riding Porcupine Rim Trail in Moab, UT 3 years ago
At about the 1minute I adjust the camera for a better angle

Some of you guys have some awesome bikes. My road bike isn't an aero triathlon bike or anything, but its decently lightweight CF. (pics in my instagram posted in my profile description). I hope to buy both a new hard tail mountain bike and a dual suspension downhill bike after the winter.
Gotta start saving up for snowboarding season2 -
I have a GoPro and use it occasionally - mainly to record fun bits when mountain biking though. I did record a couple of my road bike rides which I then set to music and then played back when on the turbo trainer during the winter though.1

I really need a GoPro. I have cars pull out in front of my path on my ride home everyday and I swerve around them, missing them within inches. I know one day I'm gonna nail one of them and flip over their car.1

The oars are as they are a lever!
OP, I've been in love with cycling since I bought my first piece of junk $5 used bike when I was a kid. Bought my first road bike (a 3,000,000 pound steel framed Sekine) in the '70s and haven't looked back.

Look into a Refurbished unit via eBay or Amazon. I picked up a Refurb Hero 3 Silver for about $200.00
It does a decent job for the price. Here is a sample from different POVs and visual settings. All Filmed on the same Camera
