So, what is the better choice?, fried chicken piece fried in trans fat free oil or a cheeseburger with 1/4 lb patty and the typical condiments and the enriched bread with hfcs?

Which one fits your calories and macros better, and which one do you feel like eating? Those are the only questions you need to ask yourself.20

I like both.0

Put the chicken in the burger. Winning.29

The fried chicken is going to have lots more calories than a piece of bread with High fructose Corn Syrup no matter what kind of oil you use.

Yeah, make a chicken cheeseburger sandwich.2
-
Either one, but have them after a cake sandwich on a whole wheat roll. Because fiber.7

If that's your only choices, just eat both, because your goals don't seem to matter...0 -
The question was better choice, but better for what? Health? Or taste and yummyness? Its food!
What ya serving with the fried chicken?4 -

As mentioned in other threads, you can't judge the "healthiness" of an individual food, without looking at the context of the overall diet.
That said I love the idea of the fried chicken cheeseburger, but only if the buns are Krispy Kreme doughnuts.6 -

Made with the Reece's peanut butter and jelly donuts.

There isn't enough information given to determine which is better IMO.0

how are these the only choices if you care what is "healthy"?1

Depends on your goals.
For me probably the burger as fried chicken usually has a lot of calories and is high sodium. It desn't fit my goals as well. I would have a regular hamburger instead of a cheeseburger though to make it fit my goals better.1 -

Depends on your goals, the rest of your diet, etc.
Why are those the only choices?1 -

And fried chicken piece except wing b/c too small.
I have no idea what sentence fragment means. But for me, I'd want to know:
What condiments/toppings are on the burger (if any)? How big is the burger? What is the fat content of the meat and cheese on the burger? What is the fiber content of the bun?
What type of breading is used on the fried chicken? What part of the chicken is being fried (breast, leg, thigh, etc.) and how big is it? What type of oil is being used?3 -

Are using calories as your determinant on which is "healthier"?0
-
Neither is better. Go with which one fits with your calories and macros better. But neither is a good choice overall or you could lose weight eating both if you keep it in your calorie goal.1
-
Or both are good choices overall...3

Why are those the only choices?
Because i just want to know which is the healthiest, and yes i know their both not good for you but just wanting to know whuch would be the least worst out of the two..
They're not bad for you if they fit in your calorie goals and help you meet your macros. I have burgers every now and then because they're delicious, and they easy to work into my day. I don't eat fried chicken because it makes me nauseous. Therefore, for me personally, the burger is better... But if you're low on protein and you're getting a big chicken breast, maybe that a better fit for your goals.
As just about everyone before me said, individual foods really don't matter that much. It's your overall diet that matters.3
