    Day 20 of diet, and I love the lack of cravings for carbs.

    Possibly retaining some water from working out a lot.
    I biked 21miles yesterday, but used my daughter's bike (something was wrong with mine), so I had to kill myself pumping my legs to keep up with my friend.

    Thank you for doung this!OK. I'm Cassie and I'm in for this month. I Need to not eat stuff I don't even care much about or that isn't even good. Social eating and eating out are problems. I HATE going to the grocery store and don't like to cook
