Most of my lifts are in the intermediate/advanced ranges for my weight class. Bench is lagging behind, almost to intermediate, because of my surgical history, but it's catching up.

here's one of me with enormous delts and biceps

and here's one of my bulky man-physique

And holy moly Crank, I never ever get tired of seeing your pictures. You have made an incredible transformation and should be so proud.

I'm really looking forward to it, as well. You are already so beautiful, it's going to be wonderful to see where lifting will take you.

I don't lift as heavy as some of the awesome ladies on here YET...but I'm working on it. I don't think I look bulky.

Some recent bikini pics, all taken after I started lifting..

My results aren't nearly as amazing as most of these ladies, but I've been lifting heavy for about two months. It's not drastic, but there's definitely more tightness and definition.

You girls all look absolutely stunning! I really want to get into heavy lifting, but not sure where to start. I can't pay for a gym membership at the moment. :(

I can't do a gym either.....I just can't get away from home with three small kids after working all day! I bought some equipment off Craigslist and am currently doing stronglifts. It's been a pretty good compromise :)

I just started Stronglifts 5x5 on 07/01 but had been lifting for awhile. I don't have any pics to post here, but you can see in my comparison pics on my profile that I was clearly MUCH bulkier before.

P.S. these are my FAVORITE threads!!!! You lovely lifting ladies are so inspiring!!!! Gorgeous!!!!

You can do a fair amount of New Rules of Lifting for Women at home. Just buy 2nd hand equipment and make sure you book yourself a time in your day for your workout - don't try to fit it in, fit other stuff around it - it's worth it!
