I find it a lot easier to give up control when the submission is reciprocated. It's just one finger.

Seems like an awful lot of work

It does. Plus it suggested 218 grams of protein and 2,100 calories, seems like a ton for me.

    Likewise.

    Macros?

Yeah, I'm not training for the Olympics or joining the Marines....

    No worries there.

That's a lot of protein. Like you're gonna get tired of eating a lot.

Yeah, that is too much protein (imho )

Protein should be calculated on lean body weight

.... the operative word here is: lean (not total; that is very different )

I am the only 1 that I know offline, that's seriously (as in: no scams) attempting to; rid themselves of excess weight & it sucks lol! It'd be great, if I had; six offline friends & each of us, once a week'd be responsible; for making a meal to share & to also exercise with, in my home; since I have my own gym!

I don't know if you log your food or not. I don't. If you don't, now is a good time to start for a few days, though.

    You're probably getting enough protein.

It's difficult for me to log. A lot of what I eat is cooked at home, so I'd have to enter all the ingredients in and guess the serving sizes. I think I'd care more about macros if I was already at goal and trying to tone. I think I'll just stick with calories for now.

I've read and researched a lot about IIFYM but it's still baffling to me. Also, I tried to eat the "recommended" amount of all 3 macros for, like, a week, and I never could figure out a good balance
