    @MiamiSeoul - You are crushing the Amazing Race times! I like a good challenge too, and have to say having a team depending on me has caused me to lengthen my workouts also. But you are awesome with your numbers! I'm so impressed with you!

    Well, I reached my original August goal of 25 miles/25 miles. Will keep chipping away at the current goal to see how much more I can do to try to reach 50 / 25 before the end of the month.

    lol we do our best b3achy! I think everyone is still doing great. As log as we do our best we can not ask for more!

    This week we (husband, doggies and I) took advantage of the above normal temps for Tennessee. It has been warm, sunny and gorgeous. STILL we so NEED the rain. Everything is so dry! Anyway we took a camping trip up into the mountains. This particular park has awesome Hiking trails. We really racked up the miles this week...
