Day 17 Done, not looking forward to the two and a half minute plank tomorrow!! Two minutes gets me swearing!0 -
@Timothyh27 I put on music. I pick a different song each time I squat. Or do them while you are watching TV or a film! I too am not looking forward to the plank tomorrow! I listen to music while I plank too, it helps keep me from staring at the clock!0

Day 16-17... All done with exception to the 2 min plank from 16th... I will make that up on next plank rest day... It was all I could do to get todays plank in... I was proud of myself though for doing a full minute plank and then the second minute i had to break down into 3 20 sec planks.2

Try changing the position of your feet every 10 or 20 squats. I do 10 narrow, 10 wide, 10 sumo and then back again.0 -

Getting really hard!1 -
Day 18 done. Squats were fine, crunches I mixed up 30 regular, 25 each side oblique crunches and another 25 regular. Push ups kill me so I did 10, 5 second break 5 and repeat. Plank not good, I did the 2:30 but had to drop and get back up a few times did the last 30 seconds doing side planks1
