I've been doing much better this week. Ran out to get a new scale last night since my old one died yesterday. Old one said 213 two days ago, so pretty sure this new scale at 212.4 is correct. I am most proud of the fact that over the past few weeks (since I started this challenge,) even though I might be still having issues with portions, I have almost wiped out all my desires to snack between meals. Which is downright fricken AMAZING to me. It used to be that I would be constantly grazing on whatever was near me. To be just eating 3 meals a day is a miracle.

It seems some of my posts didn't post, I'm not neglecting you I promise! I had to recreate some weeks where I lost weight. Unfortunately, this week looks really bad. It must be the Christmas fudge sneaking up on me. I have to be ever vigilant! The fudge is going in the garbage I'm sorry to say.

Hi there! Im new to mfp. I hope its not too late for me to join this challenge. I weigh 280 now and my goal is to reach 200 for now. Ive been trying to stick to a paleo diet, and I do high intensity work outs twice a week, plus non intense home workouts everyday. Ive been successful so far, and will post my results every Friday.

Welcome new people!
Back on track this week. Almost waited till tomorrow to weigh in, but figured it won't get much better than 3 lbs. I'm happy with my loss this week, just sorry it's the same 3 lbs that I lost a few weeks ago.
