To hit my target, I ended up doing a mid-distance 35 mile ride yesterday, then a double today as I had my team ride (with a nasty 16 mile stretch into a 20mph headwind coming from the south), then decided to find a nice lateral east-west route across a long 11 mile causeway for my last 43 miles to hit my number for the month without having to fight too much wind.
I'm still getting used to my new lower triathlon bike position, but have been a bit faster despite it putting more pressure on my knee through the pedal stroke.
