When he is ready, I agree.

He's like me (married for 17 yrs) in that he totally missed the online dating scene. That's going to be quite a big adjustment for him, if he decides to go that route. I can't imagine the stories I would have if I had dated online. If I found myself single, I'm not sure if I'd try to date online, but doesn't everyone do that these days? How else do you meet anyone when you're middle aged with kids?

    No.

A friend's mum in law with middle aged children uses online dating services. From my vantage point, it seems to be more of a " hook up" flashpoint, an elderly Tinder. Many guys and apparently more early AM returns. 😉 Granted, if that is what one needs post many years of commitment, "power to you!"

With no school for the first grader and no “mother’s day out” for the 2yr olds, I’m not sure my son’s house can take it, lol.
My DIL will be bonkers! 🤪

I'm starting to get a bit of fuzz on my head. I was snuggling with my daughter earlier and she touched my head and said I look like a kiwi. Not sure what to think about that 🤷‍♀️🤣
    I love kiwis 😊

I’m peeved with my parents. I told them i had coronavirus symptoms and while not confirmed it was probably safest for the community that we assume the worst. Since my parents stayed with me this weekend and are retired and in their late 60s, I told them that since they were exposed, they should probably stay home for a while. They are quite guilty of poo-pooing this whole virus thing and have been visiting people.

My dad says, and I quote: “it’s not possible you have coronavirus because we’re fine and if you were sick, we’d be showing symptoms”

Okay, dad, but an epidemiologist you are clearly not. STAY HOME

Got a message just now that they’re having 4 old people over for lunch tomorrow 🤬

I love my parents but they’re really being obtuse jerks right now

Soooo many older people out shopping for non-essentials today. I don’t get it

The other day I saw this adorable old lady browsing through handbags in Target. She seemed perfectly oblivious to the chaos. I mean it was cute as heck but i also wanted to tackle her and haul her home in my car

It was in the 70s today.
I noticed what seemed like every mother in town with a stroller and kids.
Everyone was outside walking, running, playing basketball at the park.
It got me thinking, is it enough to be outside if you’re still around a group of people (basketball)?
If 4 moms and their 6 kids are standing together talking while on a walk, that’s 10 people.
    Is that really good enough?

I'm finding that it's the people who should be the most concerned are the ones with a cavalier attitude about it."it's just the fluuuuuuuuuu, ffs" says the oldest ,least healthiest guy in my office.

Now,better call my parents and make sure my Mom is keeping my Dad in check .
