So, I have these little magnetic whiteboards on my fridge that Ive been writing a monthly "pep" talk, "go get it", "you can do it" type thing (that I try to remember to hide if someone comes over) and I need a new one for December. One just stays the same - its a constant. I need December's inspirational phrase for the other one 🤔
try this inspirational note:

So I innocently scrolled through the rest of the thread's comments then saw @Revolu7's new PP and somehow managed to trip on air.
Anywhoooo, throw pillows are innocent. As are bed pillows. Many, many bed pillows.
They all just need containers if you don't need them all at once or need to make more space, she said unconvincingly. Then she scrolled back up because...4 -

I need one for negativity too and all my short comings!
In December I can list all of Novembers failures!
...and they come in a 2 pack so the 4th one will be something mind-bending (for me), like "what kind of star dust am I made out of, which elements?", "where do I see myself in 10 years?" and "who made up math and words and spelling - and why can't I make it up too?"5 -

Britany Spears' birthday was this Wednesday & I completely spaced it!
I'm so embarrassed, if not ashamed.
We didn't celebrate at all.

... I miss Galaxy and Magellan.
I see a photo and I just.. break down. I'll be fine for a few weeks, but then something triggers my brain into re-registering that they're gone and not coming back. And I just feel dumb for being this way.. about non-humans.
I shouldn't, I know it's a valid emotion, but I can't help feeling like it's stupid to cry over them months after they're gone.9 -

Big hugs girl.. 2 years later and I still tear up looking at pics. I think I cried everyday for the first 2 months..
It gets easier to bear but I think I'll always have that little missing bit in my heart. I'll always miss her.

Aunt had an AMI. She's okay and they put a stent in. Bit of a wake up call I think. My family tree is losing enough leaves, I wish they took better care of themselves, not just for themselves but the people who love them. Dad finally taking his lisinopril and aspirin but I dunno how compiant he actually is.. Mum ditched smoking...so that's good.13

@amorfati601070 Sounds like they're making some changes slowly? Maybe you can be the role model for them and as scary as heart problems can be, maybe it was a silver lining happening the way it did and she will change her habits. You can hope, right?0 -
