I agree, but this is nothing new. It’s just a different family and , dare I say, a different political party.
It’s messed up all around and, I suspect, is coming to a head.

Present company included, there are lots of lovely conservatives just as there are lots of horrible (insert wherever you fall in the political spectrum here). ETA: And vice versa. Or laterally. Or... parallelly?!?!
It really is just a matter of increasing the level of discourse and respect for one another. Alas, these things (along with critical thinking and reading skills) have degraded year over year.
I wanna blame Teletubbies. Either that or the global appetite for MTV as aspirational reality since the 80s 🤷🏿♀️3 -
I started having better conversations with people who disagree with me when I realized that everyone knows something that I don't that could be a valuable addition to my perspective. If not for an accident of circumstance, I could be them and they could be me.8

No, it’s ok. I watched the video and the two women were out of line. I just disagreed because this is absolutely nothing new and has been going on in a much larger scale.

I'm not sure who's to blame for the death of reasonable discourse. It seems like the main beneficiaries of it are the big established political parties and the press.5

I'm loving the changes in my body since going back to the gym. I think I'm at a point were I need new workout leggins because the ones I have are loose on my waist. It kinda sucks because most fitting rooms are closed and I can't try them on. I'm not a buy now, return later kind of person. If I buy something I have to be 100% sure of it. Maybe I'll just go a size smaller on the ones I have now but I wanted to try other patterns and Brands aside from the black ones that I wear. First world problems lol10

As for leggings... I cannot advocate enough for GRRRL next level leggings. They are magical, high waisted, super soft and slightly compressive, and make your *kitten* look ahhhhmazing.6 -

They just had a massive clearance to prepare for new stock... So prob new designs. (these are a few years old, now, so not in stock... But new designs come in pretty regularly).

The power entrance to my house is fused with 600A fuses.
I’ve got to reroute some 8/2 I ran temporarily to a tankless water heater so I can make it permanent.
It’s sorta intimidating. The contraption and all that disconnects the mains from the fuses.

- Wondering when this will all work itself out. I'm tired of being locked up and unable to go do anything outside of sometimes wandering into a store to get groceries. Due to my husband's job, we're under a more strict protocol than most people, so we get to do even less.
- Still contemplating a lot strategies to declutter my space and pass on items of use to others so they don't end up in a landfill. Also, looking at steadily incorporating zero/minimal waste products into my essentials as what I have wears down and breaks. Things like beeswax wrap, silicone baking mats, bamboo toothbrushes, alternate female hygiene products (yikes), or alternative cleaning supplies I can make/use that actually work (I've tried a lot of them and they don't work).
- Contemplating more plant based meals. This one is tricky because I live with two people who are essentially carnivores/junk food addicts. Meat, meat, meat. If I make things with no meat that would traditionally have meat, I'll never hear the end of it. There's also the issue of finding plant based meals that are actually enjoyable for any of us. I admit, most of what I eat that's plant based isn't all that enjoyable (unless it's a salad or a soup/stew). But I'd like to branch out. But I also don't want to buy a bunch of vegan alternatives or special ingredients to make said meals. So I'm trying to figure out what would work for my family and that's not easy.5 -
