During my 30s I didn’t need to add exercise because I got a lot of exercise just living.
Farm work, horses, spending a huge amount of time at motocross tracks kept me slender.
I had fun at the same time.
That’s something I cannot achieve these days.
Digging through old pics has me thinkin’.
I used to go with my ex whenever he and my son would go riding. It would be an all day thing.
I’d walk so much, taking pictures and video taping with a massive VHS camcorder. 😂
I would always be exhausted at the end of those days.
Not like the boredom and insomnia I have now.
Ugh.
One of the thousands of photos I took of my ex riding.
Sometimes I’d lay on the ground to get a great picture. (Way too devoted, lol)
I updated it with a filter.

Doing a happy dance in my chair. I bet your heart started thumping when you realized who was calling you though, for about 2 seconds. I'm so glad you didn't have to wait 2 weeks; that would've been torture.

Long story short, was told a young man I coached, mentored , and watch grow up on and off has been able to work out a realistic plan and achieve his goal of becoming a Hostage Rescue Team operator.
I put him on contact with coworkers from the DoD and DoJ and he ran with it.
I have no doubt within the decade he’ll be spending a lot of time in Hogans Alley.
I’ve been his Boy Scout leader, baseball /football/ soccer coach, comp shooting coach, etc. when I lived in that area.

So after month's of not wanting to leave the house unless I really had to and letting my anxiety take over, it's time to get the fitbit back out tomorrow and start running again. 🏃♀️ Can't wait to get back out there. Also got my CBT challenge to drive somewhere I've never been before without planning or using a satnav 🚗 I got this 👌

I have one guy that works for me. It took 3 weeks. It took a few days longer than it normally would because i took out 2 walls, one structural and needed to put a beam up, and ended up painting the dining area, living room, entrance way, hall, as well as the kitchen5 -
