I actually stopped mine years ago because my allergies seem to get worse and every shot would leave me in huge hives from the neck down. I'm allergic to everything.4 -

Oh that's horrible!! I know the feeling, I'm basically allergic to the outside. I did a concentrated start up with 16 shots in 1 day. I didn't have hives but I feel like my symptoms are worse now than they were before I started.3 -
All the stuff I still have to get done on my Husband's old house with his Ex because it's going on the market and pictures on Monday. I've already replaced fixtures and electrical outlets and Installed GFIs, replaced siding and exterior lighting, patched walls and ceiling cracks and trying to paint match has been a bummer! three times a failure already 😖😢 and I'm still not done packing and taking things out of the house and here I am on here just being lazy because I'm burned out and I don't wanna 😫😭
Had been praying for work before this and now he's working up in trees all day and can't help with much!
My daughter's volunteered to come help me on Saturday. Wish me luck 🤞🙏7 -
I'm at the beginning of 1200-calorie a day diet. I started in March, but I've already had to start over 2 times. It is working, I've lost 3 lbs. Logging my food helps me analyze about where I need to cut fat and if I need to add protein. I've made two types of soups so I can have readily available food and I don't wait too long to eat or I'll eat too much. The struggle for me is how hyperfocused I need to be to do this. Its like driving on a long road trip on a busy road. Thanks for listening.4

Eventually it becomes second nature and you won't even give a thought as you are preparing your foods. Meal prep is a great tool to help reduce the anxiety and stress of meal time. My best advice is that if you go over on a day just try again the next day. keep moving and don't get hung up on just one day. It's always a struggle at the beginning, but like GGG says, it will become "second nature" we all fall off the wagon at times, but cannot let that discourage us because every new day you wake up is a fresh day to start over!
In my case, I learned that by denying myself the occasional treat, I was hating the process and didn't want to do it anymore! But after starting over with a good attitude that I will try my best and only let myself cheat on the weekend, I actually got into a habit where even on the weekends I was eating So much better and making progress. Another thing is to hide your scale away for 30 days at a time because weighing yourself daily and not seeing results will discourage you! There are so many factors in daily weight changes especially if you tend to hold a lot of water weight. DON'T DO IT!
If you weigh in once a month and start seeing the change this will encourage you to even do better! I ended up losing a total of 47 lbs.
I admittedly have fallen off the wagon after an injury then getting married, but have been finding success with intermittent fasting these days. I use the 16/8 method which seems to work best for me. This is when you can eat during 8 hours a day staying within your calorie restrictions mine is 1200, then going a complete 16 hours only drinking water, I honestly hadn't seen a difference as I have this darned baby/stress belly, but I have apparently lost 8 lbs this past month. Woohoo!!
There are many different options as we are all different and one method may work for one and not work for another.
Be vigilant and be enthusiastic and encouraging to yourself! That confidence will give you that extra push to make it through!

So do you go under on some days if you've gone over on others? I usually will...😬 I look at weekly calories and adjust where needed2 -
