Hope mum picks up quickly. 🤗jodear8125 wrote: »Toooo much is on my mind.. mother has an atrial flutter and is in heart failure plus she’s still got covid, my daughters dog just died horrifically and it’s her second hen party and wedding soon and I just want to sleep 😴
I hope your mom's health turns around quickly!
So sad about your dd's dog. So much stress for your family lately. {{Hugs}}
Thanks ladies, that’s not even half of what I deal with .. but I always try to stay positive and some people have things much worse to live with 👍

How grateful I am to have the relationship I have with my mother. Losing a parent so suddenly is not only heartbreaking but it follows you...and its wave after wave of memories (good and bad), its lost moments, its fear and sadness...all you think about is "whats next?"..."what happens now?"
Then dealing with depression on top of it all is even more challenging. So for the first time in weeks I was able to spend most of the weekend with my mother and simply enjoy the company and enjoy life...
So yea. I'm just grateful I still have her and that I can offer her support and love in return.6 -
A couple of days ago 99% of the world's population was in daylight at the same time. Not me though, I'm one of the 1%.1

🤐 I want to post something so bad.. but, jail 😬1 -
I like the ones that involve carnival foods & not the ones with a phallus that spews diarrhea.
@FeastRepeat that kind of weird?0 -

No, it was all sparkly lights on a summer night, burgers, and magical popcorn. Now that I think of it, it wasn’t so much an erotic dream as it was a calorie deficit dream.

For various reasons it’s not a good week for bike commuting which means
a) I can take a little extra time with my appearance & feel a little pretty
2) my diet needs to be more dialed in because I’ll have far fewer calories to play with and
iii) I’d like to figure out a little exercise that fits into my day. I could walk I suppose but after three weeks of biking it’s going to feel like a vacation.0 -

My nephew and his family traveled to a family function last week. Now they've all got Covid. Argh, just gives my genetically-prone-to-over-worry sister even more to obsess over.2

It’s been a little draggy here these days so maybe isn’t the best place to ask but
Any recommendations for a cheap/free at home cardio I can do today? I don’t dance & I got weights covered. Equipment available is an assortment of kettlebells, a jump box with three different heights, jump rope, dumbells, etc., & 8x12 floor space. I like following along to videos if they aren’t too complicated0 -
