I recently went to the doctor because of a migraine and at the end of my visit the doctor says “and you should really try to focus on losing weight.”
I’m sitting there thinking I know I’m a CHUB CHUB, don’t need to point it out.
I need to lose a 95 lbs 🙁2 -

Did the doctor explain how the migraines and weight are related? What treatment would they provide a “normal” weight person with the same condition? Do they have evidence that weight loss will relieve your headaches?

Doctor never said anything about weight and migraines being related I think she was just focusing on the fact that I’m 5’4” and being over 200 lbs is so not healthy.

I will never use my favorite treadmill at that time of day again because apparently it is also the favorite treadmill of an older disabled man who needs the special bars for support. And I will make sure he gets it.1

Speaking of heart shaped heinies, There’s a line in 9 1/2 weeks that I always thought it was hilarious because Kim Basinger didn’t actually have any heiney to speak of. There’s nothing wrong with it, we come in all shapes and sizes, but the line just didn’t fit0

SLcruz24, how did your colonoscopy go? I had fun preparing for my own scopy. I took a TV dinner stand and game magazines and sat there drinking the stuff and played games while the liquid did it’s thing. The procedure went well too.1

A couple of men I overheard in the weight room before I got my music going. One was explaining “reels” to the other. It was an interesting slice of life0
