That was on the heels of the woman who parked her luxury car illegally and wanted extra special speedy service so she wouldn’t get a ticket and the woman who freaked because she had to wait in line a full five minutes.5 -

.... That sounds a lot like many of the folks in my zip code.
I realize that you're working and can't be a *kitten*, however my experience with those people is if you confront them about their *kitten* attitude, they back down in a nano-second.
