It means the complete, sudden onset of the cessation of brain activity, brought under the presence of acute stress, which fully affects the person only a short time after it strikes them. Said person, under the duress of the symptoms, demonstrate their affliction by alerting to others that they can't even, in reference to their inability to deal with the symptoms, or their inability to perform simple actions which have been made impossible by their afflictions.6 -

I rolled my ankle last weekend, but have kept running on it...today I was in a lot of pain, like considered going to the doctor, limping around...I'm off work tomorrow and don't know what I'm going to do with myself because I know I shouldn't run...but I will feel awful if I don't because I love running and I don't have much else to do (that I want to do).
Will I or won't I? My guess is that I will try to run even tho I'm in pain walking...such an idiot I know.
I wonder if other people do this too0 -

Try to stay off it, boo! Easier said than done but you gotta let it heal! I'll give you foot rubs!
Thanks ladies...I'm one of those idiots that just keeps going tho...my last run was all in pain, not surprising that I could barely walk today.
I get "depressed" if I can't run on my days off, I obsess over it and feel unaccomplished and my mood is low.
I'm going to try tho tomorrow to rest. We'll see!
Thanks for caring!

The more you injure it the more time it will take to heal and at some point you won't be able to run. So taking a few days or a few weeks? Also, it is possible to permanently injure yourself which may mean you never run again.
Biking (which can give you a good work out too) is what I do with a bad knee when I can't swim. Yes I permanently injured my knee because I ignored the pain and wanted to continue exercising.1 -
