    This is Paul Marquart. I am pretty sure he is a state senetor in MN. On his off time he teaches government at the school I graduated from. In his class we would play jeapordy and if anybody broke the rules he would put his thumbs together and point is index fingers out(should make a w if you are trying) and yell "THAT'S A WARNING" Whenever i hear about people getting warnings here that is what I think of
