Also, if you do a lot of aerobic type of fitness having a low resting heart rate is good because it's reflective that your heart is having to pump less to push the same amount of blood through. Means you're winning at heart health.
Aerobics? I don’t even open my own car door.
You just made me lol-snort, thank god no one could witness that.
I'm going to assume you're playing me here but aerobic-type (usually cardio) as opposed to resistance training which is anaerobic because oxygen can't be supplied so your body uses a different .. err, is it dinner yet.
No, I’m dead serious. I don’t like to sweat unnecessarily. It’s just not for me.
Oh, I thought you were playing! To each their own. No sweating? What about when.. er, nothing.
I was dead serious too, I did actually snort. It's a curse.0 -

The key word is unnecessarily
There has to be incentive. I'm picking up what you're throwing down.0 -

I feel like the whole day is over!
That's frequent feeling for me. Then, I realize I still have another 6-8 hours before bed...
I'll be getting my ride in this evening after I leagues tonight. So, you better do it! :P
Haha. Love the pressure!! Okay! Have a nice ride this evening! I'll check in with you if I log back in : ) Run sooooooon. xD
Gotta support 'n motivate one another! Have a great run and training session!
Tried. Was way too tired. Then attempted to strength train and couldn’t finish that.
I’ll have time to make it up tomorrow though
Did you ride?0 -
Thinking about @SurfyPants and how her flight went. Also wondering if she's doing her warmup before hitting the waves like so:

67 is great IF you are an endurance athlete. For the average person, however, it is likely a symptom of other health problems —especially if accompanied by nausea, lightheaded ness, etc.
I hope your doc can shed some light on this. Keep your chin up:)0 -
