Ran up to Walmart to grab some groceries and checked my blood pressure while I was there. 86/60 and a 67 pulse. I guess this is the end.
Also, if you do a lot of aerobic type of fitness having a low resting heart rate is good because it's reflective that your heart is having to pump less to push the same amount of blood through. Means you're winning at heart health.0 -

Aerobics? I don’t even open my own car door.
You just made me lol-snort, thank god no one could witness that.
I'm going to assume you're playing me here but aerobic-type (usually cardio) as opposed to resistance training which is anaerobic because oxygen can't be supplied so your body uses a different .. err, is it dinner yet.0 -

Not to take away from your dramatic flair but 86/60 isn't low. Well, it is but by a very small margin, it's actually pretty damn good because the gap between your LDL and HDL is small creating a great ratio.
A 67 resting pulse is optimal af.
In the event I am wrong though what did you want written on your tombstone? I'll make sure to convey that.
No tombstone, just throw me out in the backyard and let the wildlife have its way with me.
I don’t think I’m supposed to be in the 80s
Honestly, you're only off by 4 mm Hg as 90/60 is considered hypotension (low blood pressure) and it can vary throughout the day by 5.. 10, even 15+ mm Hg. I've had blood pressure like yours fairly consistently but I've always had lower blood pressure. Since you're feeling the poops coupled with that it's certainly worth a visit but I just wouldn't start writing your will for being 4mm Hg into hypotension off of a pharmacy machine. I'd love to have a 67 resting HR btw.0 -
