    From my opinion it looks like she didn’t finish... she needs to do a shadow root and add more violet to that red

    Also if your unhappy with the result go back ASAP and she should be willing to fix it at no cost (I used to do hair)

    Also it happens and I’m pretty sure she felt devastated
    As for your shirt that shouldn’t have happended if she draped you properly
