This will drive me crazy if I don't correct it so I meant to say "Weigh in" not "Weight in"

Ninety days or something like that to make something into a habit, or so I’ve heard

21 days to make a habit.

    But what about routine?

Like if I start something new, how long until I can say, "Hey I have this new routine."?

Is the routine the the process of forming the habit for x amount of days?

If that's the case, then after you've done the routine to establish the habit, do you say, "Hey I have this new habit."?

ETA: This kinda got away from my original intent of the question, but I googled this.
