    Hi. I am going to join this challenge. I know with the holidays here its a struggle but I won't be alone with you all.

    I thought I didn't have stats for the weekend because I was charging my fitbit but my phone keeps track. Technology gotta love it.

    Dec 1: 16,260 steps - 7.09 miles, 14 floors
    Dec 2: 19,075 steps - 8.32 miles, 12 floors
    Dec 3: 9,272 steps - 3.8 miles, 8 floors
    Dec 4: 15,895 steps - 6.8 miles, 11 floors
    Dec 5: 22,845 steps - 9.97 miles, Elliptical 3.50 miles, 18 floors
    Dec 6: 16,777 steps -7.32 miles, Spinning 10.5 miles, 14 floors

    A week into December and I haven't managed to make it to the gym or go on a bike ride once :( I have been doing some general walking so I guess that counts for something.

    Dec 1 - 2.7 miles walking
    Dec 2 - 2.9 miles walking
    Dec 3 - 2.7 miles walking
    Dec 4 - 2.6 miles walking
    Dec 5 - 1.8 miles walking
    Dec 6 - 2 miles walking

    Total = 14.7 of 150 miles

    Total to date: c 65000 min (keep forgetting to take my phone with me!)

    About 9000 a day on average, best day 15555... Getting nearer a 10k average goal - just when I am outside.

    Some lovely wintry mornings and sunsets with the dog too...

    @rachelr1116 I get it. I've been known to go to the gym at midnight for a couple hours knowing full well I have to get up at 5am. Sometimes earned exhaustion beats a bit of rest.

    @alipsie19 - thanks! Everything still mysteriously hurts - I'm thinking I must have bumped into something at the SUP store on Monday.
    New raceboard is amazing! Went about a mile further than on my short boards in the same amount of time that it took me to do the 4.25 miles today, and I completely lost steam at the end of the paddle (was uber hangry). Just got my new paddle today after I got back from my workout, so have plans to take new board and new paddle out tomorrow, if the weather cooperates.

    Good morning all. Yesterday was a great day. I really pushed myself and also watched my eating. I started on Monday to lay off of sugar. My mom thinks its alot during the holidays but I am doing alright for today. I am feeling so much better and I have some more energy.

    Perhaps, b3achy you need too take a couple days rest. You've probably strained something? Be careful and take care! Rest is always good! After all a few days later is probably not going away...lol

    Yesterday was a great day for walking. Husband, girls and I had a long walk. Next few days are 'iffy' for outside because the highs are only going too be a bit above the freezing zone! I dont walk outside when it is that cold. Today will probably be my last day out for a couple of days. Time will tell...Yesterday 4.0 Walking Miles.

    DECEMBER 7TH TOTAL 22.5 Walking Miles....

    Thanks @jeanniewes and @Machka9 - I loaded my board and headed to my launch point today, but it was way choppier than the forecast, so I turned around and went home without going out to paddle. I'm sure I needed the rest. I did venture outside later today and finally got my CHRISTmas decorations put up outside my house, so a bit of activity, but no mileage. I have been pushing myself a bit hard, so probably good to get a bit of a light activity break. Though I am sad that I probably won't get to paddle until next week now. :/

    Finally made it back to the gym last night! And today the tires for my bike I bought at a yard sale should arrive so I'm hoping to get to ride it sometime this weekend even though it's going to be cold.

    WELCOME ABOARD! Just read ours and follow our lead! You can't use OUR Mileage/steps though! ha ha ha!

    Yesterday was actually a GREAT Walking day. Husband, girls and I had a good walk. 4.0 Walking Miles for myself. The hubby and girls got in two miles...lol

    Today is bitterly cold. Gonna TRY too get some sort of walking in....Will log tomorrow that ..

    So messed up the recording totally this week - but I think about a 7k daily average with one good long walk in Dulwich Woods and sone not so goid days later in the week (my energy being used up for a couple of christmas parties...)
