    Goal: 60:00

    Dec 1: 1x2:00 on elbows
    Dec 2: 4x:30 side plank
    Dec 3: 1x2:00 on elbows
    Dec 4: 1x2:00 mixed
    Total: 8:00

    Today was a rest day for me
    Rest day Hmm, how to explain...
    I don't feel winded, so I must not have worked hard. If I didn't work hard then I must have rested. Not too hard a concept.

    My logging sucks:
    First walk with 40lbs at vest was 6.37 miles in 106minutes (16:38 pace)
    Second walk, no vest, was 6 miles in 87minutes (a solid 14:30 pace)

    And then 2:00 plank (first one on elbows then up to straight arm for second)

    But hey, I did keep up with the only important game. The Lions won again!

    @b3achy lol, I don't hate them, but they intimidate me. I do them mid-way through a cross training workout and sometimes I'll avoid them as long as I can before starting them lol. But once I get started it isn't terrible.. ok yea.. they suck who am I kidding!

    @Spliner1969 - hat'em all you want, you're a beast!

    @Spliner1969, @b3achy, @Serenade_N, @135terry - y'all are making me feel like a slacker :smile:

    Clearly, I'm going to have to pick up my pace!

    @alipsie19 I just wish I had enough strength to do more variations.. still working on that. Actually some of my issues aren't strength, it's flexibility, and mine sucks.

    Unfortunately, all my planks have been on my elbows, no variation and with the longest stretch 1.5 min, usually only 1 minute at a time. Kudos to you for the variation and to all of you who are able to hold 2 min or longer. Very inspiring.

    Wednesday's are my rest day. While I usually don't honor that most sacred of traditions that our bodies hold so dear, for some reason I did today...and I'm not feeling guilty about. I know right, how crazy is that! Especially after deciding to step it up :wink:
