Hi all!!! I'm 36.... not quite middle aged (although my body feels it at times!!). Feel free to add me. I've been on here a while now but just getting back into it after temporarily falling off the wagon....back on it for the long haul ☺️ x.
I love how whoever created this thread relegates everyone in their 30's as being "middle aged".....lol...I'm only 33, and I'm far from middle aged. 33 is not middle aged, dog gone it! I'm only 3 years outside of my 20's, for pete's sake. That said, anyone reading this, please feel free to add me!
Don't be offended. He said Upper 30s and you're not there yet. You're still young.
47 :-) did not really did get into any sport till my early forties (did go to the gym etc but without conviction or joy most of the time) stumbled across cycling and haven't looked back - yes i do still sometimes put some weight on and no I've been lucky enough to never have to lose more than 15 lb but being here keeps me on track ... i do let mfp slide from time to time (when I'm cycling a lot because there is no issue around my weight or fitness then) but as i keep coming back I'm now in a mind to hang around on a more regular basis :-)
52 and recently rediscovered that I do actually love the gym and the buzz that it gives you, going most days at the moment if I can. Been trying for the past goodness knows how long to get to a point where I'm happy with the way I look and finally feel like it's all starting to make a difference.. had my first spin class last week and loved it, though couldn't walk properly for days after it ..lol
Fairly new to My Fitness Pal so feel free to add me, would appreciate any tips and support
Mid 40s here. A couple of years ago I started with P90. Finished P90x and P90x3 a couple of times and am getting ready to start P90x2. The only thing is, my eating habits stink and it's starting to catch up with me.
So, this is the cool kids category, huh? Feel free to add me. I'll be 39 in a few days. I've just gotten back on MFP and I'm trying my best to be honest with myself and watch what I eat. Working towards a better, fitter me. Love and strength to you all.
Hi I am 36 and the mother of 5. Used to be an army medic and I am just plain disgusted at myself. Please anyone feel free to add me.
First of all, you're awesome for being the mother of 5 (wow, holy...) kids AND serving your country (Thank You). Secondly, I hope you find that strength within to take care of your body and take things one day at a time towards your goals. One thing I'm working on is my self-confidence and I'm trying to see things better in my own life.
48 yr old man looking to loose 70 lbs. I just purchased a Garmin VivoSmartHR and like to work out with kettle bells and body weight exercise. I am posting because I need some motivation and accountability.
