I did a 30 minute lifting class in my lunch break yesterday and my arms are verrry ouchy today7 -

This group is on fire - love it! I am on the positive swing on my MFP journey - I was doing great, went to a conference in Florida in April and had gone off the rails since then. My daughter graduated from college in Maine and I put about 4,000 miles on my car (and my body) - the exercise fell off and Wendy's happened. I eat clean and am starting to learn about meal prep. My go to exercises are yoga and walking but I'm thinking weight lifting should be a priority. Have a great day mid lifers! It's a gorgeous one here in Connecticut.4

It's a beautiful day today so I'm going to go do cardio class at the rink. This afternoon I'll take a long walk. Still a bit nervous to run because if the effects it had on my shoulder. Why do all body parts interact?????

I am amazed by some of the big weight loss numbers I’m seeing here, while I complain about the last sticky 5lbs. Congrats for all that work and mindful and intake.6 -

Was a crappy morning weather wise at work...cleared off a bit and the sun came out! It was nice enough for an afternoon walk! Have no idea what the evening has in store for me!2 -
