Hello, Iβm in my early 40s. I used to have a job where it required me to be on my feet for 8-9 hours. My new job (not really new, itβs been a year) has me sitting in a desk all day. Gained a few pounds due to being sedentary during the day. And a few more since the quarantine. Iβm finding it difficult to lose the weight in my 40s than when in my 30s. Iβm looking forward to some tips, advise and motivation from this community.0

I'm 45 and enjoying bringing back healthy habits. My interests are mostly lifting and running though I'll pretty much do anything that keeps me moving. Feel free to add me!0

Hello please add me too π0

I see progress already, in my tummy and thighs!
My energy level is through the roof, and I'm able to keep up with the tiny tornado, haha.
Day 15 on the nicotine patch. I haven't had a single puff, and I feel amazing. The more I focus on my fitness and healthy lifestyle, the less I want to smoke.
I'm still doing my workout videos and sometimes walk up to 3 miles with the baby on the stroller.
My mental stability and clarity are incredible, which bodes well for when I start college in a few weeks (eeeek!).
I never thought almost-40 would feel this good!6 -
Happy weekend everyone. It's going to be a scorcher here so I'm filling up water bottles and hoping my family wants to take a walk somewhere1

I'm in the same boat as you! Now with quarantine and working from home, it's even worse - I hardly move at all during the work day.
Anyway, happy weekend everyone! The first official weekend of the summer π0 -

Wow!! Didn't know there were different dates for Father's Day. Do you have a different Mother's Day too? This world is crazy - different Thanksgiving, different Labour Day, the Chinese even have a different New Year's Day.0 -

Easter varies depending on what brand of Christianity you use. Eastern Christianity generally uses the Julian calendar and so Easter happens around 13 days later. (Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easter)1
