Third weigh in already, I'm not quite believing it. Almost two pounds down this week seems like a LOT (for me) but I've been doing some cardio so it could be due to that.

I think I might make my goal! 2.2 lbs down in a week, 3 overall this month, only 2 lbs to lose before February. It always takes a couple off weeks for my body to start reacting properly to exercise and diet but now I'm seeing at least a .2 loss almost every morning. I know there are more important things than the scale but it's still good motivation!8 -

Im hoping as I just put on 4.2kg / 9.24lb in last week of December (Damn Xmas bingeing) I will drop a fair bit in the first weeks of January, once I get back into routine, fingers crossed.
Struggling to get back into the right mindset, DO NOT be tempted by all food you see!!! but still losing...
Must remember in future 1 week of bingeing, costs 3 weeks of catch up. So 4 wasted weeks.5 -
