    My first challenge here :)
    I've been losing weight this December and I want to keep going in January. Today I took a cheat day because it's the last day of the year, starting fresh tomorrow!

    Starting weight - 62'7 kg. (138)
    Current weight - 60'2 kg. (133)
    January goal - 58 kg. (128)

    Ultimate goal - 57 kg. (126)

    Total loss for January - 2'2kg / 5 pounds at the moment

    I'll update on Wednesdays

    January 4th: 59'8 kg (132lbs)
    January 11st:59'1kg (130.2lbs)
    January 18th: 58'3 kg (128.5lbs)
    January 25th: 58 kg (128 lbs)
    February 1st:

    Things have slowed down. I have been so stressed this week, final exams were more exhausting than all the cardio in the world. I have not slept enough, I've had anxiety. It is no surprise that my weight has not changed that much. I've already lost 5 pounds anyways! And I'm just happy to have finally finish my exams

    You don't need to be added in, it's a public group anyone can join at anytime… just look for the discussion in the challenge section and look for the one titled "lose 5lbs + in February" x

    Original starting weight - August 21st : 75kg -165lbs
    January Starting weight - 63kg - 138.8lbs
    January goal: 57kg - 125.6lbs
    Ultimate goal: 50/52kg - 110/114.4lbs

    1st : 63kg
    8th : 59.8- 3.2kg -7.04lbs loss :smiley:
    14th :59.3 - .5kg -1.1lbs loss :)
    21st :59.3 - 0kg - 0lbs loss - :/ 1st wk of eating recommended 1200 calories BLAH, will stick to 1000 in future
    28th : 58kg -1.3 kg -2.8 lbs loss - :D yay finally back on track

    Total loss for January : 5kg / 11lb B)
    Real loss not counting catch up for xmas .9kg / 2.1lb :D I'm happy with that

    Must remember in future 1 week of bingeing, costs 3 weeks of catch up. So 3 wasted weeks.

    I noticed I do that, too! I eat recommended 1200 calories a day and get NO loss, and occasionally a gain. I stick to 1000-1050, and I lose. It's only slightly aggravating.
