Things have slowed down. I have been so stressed this week, final exams were more exhausting than all the cardio in the world. I have not slept enough, I've had anxiety. It is no surprise that my weight has not changed that much. I've already lost 5 pounds anyways! And I'm just happy to have finally finish my exams4 -

1/19:149.4lbs(didn't lose anything this week but that was because I was on TOM but I'm happy I didn't gain)
1/26:147.8lbs(yes down by 1.6lbs this week and since I started back in 2014 I have lost 3st)

I noticed I do that, too! I eat recommended 1200 calories a day and get NO loss, and occasionally a gain. I stick to 1000-1050, and I lose. It's only slightly aggravating.0 -
