    doing low carb. cut out bread, pasta, rice, sweets- anything with flour! and drinking more water!

    January, 14 2017 (only 4 days, but had to weigh myself to enter the info)

    Goal Weight: 170

    Starting Weight: 230

    Current Weight (1/19/17) = 227

    Total Loss To Date: 3

    Weigh in day will be on Saturdays :)

    Can I weigh-in a day early? I'm about to have Mexican for dinner, and helloooooo sodium! :) Just kidding. I'll be back in the morning to update for the week.
