24 Hours of Exercise per Month Challenge - January 2017

New Month! New Year! New Challenge Thread!
Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for January. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month of January. Any type of activity that you log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training).
And for you hosses and hossettes out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal. And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.

Great! I'm keeping my goal at 36 hours, though if I go over 40 again, I'll probably bump it up for February...

Didn't feel like doing much today (and too bad, it was a beautiful day outside and one of the better days for paddling this week, but know better than to go out on the water when I'm not feeling great), but I still got a little done.

As I said earlier, life got a little busy this past few months. Decided toss the deck of life cards up in the air and change a few things. I've been working on picking things up and putting the card back in order and get exercise and food logging back into my life...
