And for those that are struggling with the challenge, just do as much as you can! And try it again next month to do more than you did this month! It's all about setting goals, and sometimes you hit them and have to set them higher; and other times you don't quite reach them, so you keep at them until you do!
I should make 24 hours this month, but I might not make the 36 hours...but I still have over a week to get it done, and I know I'll be upping my minutes this week due to another challenge, so I might make it...it's not over until it's over!

Over 31 hours. Will be close, but I doubt I'll get to 36 hours - so sore from all the working out this weekend, but who knows, maybe I'll be motivated tomorrow and Tuesday.

Hey, healing properly is much more important than hitting an arbitrary goal. Rest up and get yourself healed first. Hard to do when you like to be active. And when you feel up to it, join us again in February. Hope you feel better soon!0 -
