    (14.5 miles SHORT on my goal for walking) Added bonus was 56.5 Miles Exercise bike miles

    Hi! I'm new to this challenge - rejoined the site yesterday. Used to do a bit of jogging and took part in Great North Run 3 times but not done anything for the last 2/3 years so want to get back on track. I'm aiming for 6000 steps a day - not sure of the distance yet, but hoping that this challenge will help me get back on track. Good luck everyone!!

    I am in. My goal is 10000 steps a day. Did 324210 steps (126.8 miles) in January.

    So, missed my goal, but happy I had one of my higher months of miles despite fighting off the flu bug, having work pick up and just other real life distractions. Need to focus and buckle down for February...see everyone in the new thread.

    1 January: 3.7 miles - SUP
    2 January: 4.38 miles - Elliptical and Glider
    3 January: 4.12 miles - Glider
    4 January: no miles, just planks
    5 January: Nothing done

    8 January: Rest Day
    9 January: no miles, cleaned house, did some planks
    10 January: no miles, just yardwork
