Today I had Pizza, wings and beer for dinner. It was delicious.
It made me think of this when one person tried to tell me that my diet is unhealthy....

That sounds good.
You need to wash it down with a wholesome drink made from 4 all natural ingredients. You know, grain, hops, yeast and water.6 -

I prefer a fruit salad, made from apples and/or pears, that have been crushed and fermented. But the organic, whole grain drink infused with all natural hops and yeast is a good second choice.0 -

Apparently, there is also a drink made from grapes of all things. I've heard it's pretty healthy and may have to try it one day.2 -
Grapes are healthy, too. So it stands to reason if most of the sugar from the juice has been eaten by hungry yeast it's even healthier, right?2

Oh yes, the aged organic fruit smoothie made from all-natural grapes. It usually comes pre-made in 750ml bottles, but can be found in single serving and 5 litre boxes as well. Sometimes I have this and have been know to make it with sliced berries in it. It's delicious.1 -

Look at you all fancy getting bottles. Boxes or GTFO.3 -
I'm a really big fan of organic natural sweeteners (no hfcs!), spiced and fermented. It's great over ice, and It's especially divine when you combine it with fresh, pureed pineapple and coconut.4

Mustn't forget fermented potatoes. Potatoes are healthy too!6 -

If that's the one Wikipedia describes as "a distilled alcoholic drink made from sugarcane byproducts, such as molasses or honeys, or directly from sugarcane juice, by a process of fermentation and distillation. The distillate, a clear liquid, is then usually aged in oak barrels," I just put some in my "smoosh" fudge...1 -

It's killer in pecan pie too.1 -

Agave is cactus, very healthy! Part of the "5 a day" recommendation for fruits and vegetables. What's really good, is an Agave smoothie with pineapple & lime, and a touch of salt (for electrolytes!).2 -

I'm all about my electrolytes!1 -

I'm 42 and going back to school to finish my degree. My lunch box doesn't fit the whole box, but the single serving sizes fit very well. I do need to keep my wits when surrounded by a bunch of children (if they're young enough to be my child, they're children). So I have the single serving size as a supplement.3 -

Camelback for the all day buzz. You're welcome!3 -
Girl, I have been known to make a meal of Cheez-its and Sour Patch Kids. I would rather die than eat kale.5

Kale needs to stay as the pretty border for buffets, it has no business being on my plate. Blech.3 -

I have a backpack in the way... But then again I could improvise: remove bag from box, place bag in backpack, attach about 2 feet of tubing with a one-way valve! Yep.1 -

Atta girl. Think outside the (wine) box!3 -
No judgment here - I've had days where I used my entire calorie allotment on nothing but Cheetos...I have to in order to stay on track for the long haul. If I occasionally eat what I crave it doesn't become a monster.4

It's all about controlling portions. I've watched people follow various diets that probably work when you do them right, but these guys eat so much of it they aren't doing themselves any favors. I eat burgers and chocolate and tacos and all the good stuff, I'm just teaching myself to pay attention.3

Yep! Tonight's dinner: tacos! Fried tortillas all the way. Probably going to have jalapeno rice and some sort of vegetable.2 -
Been baking all week. I'm hosting a women's gathering tomorrow. No idea how many people are showing up, so of course I go overboard, lol! Fruit sushi, vanilla cookies, meringues, mini blueberry scones, vegan chocolate cheezcake macadamia nut truffles, and smoosh fudge. (Along with bagels and pita, fruit and veggie platters, and some nibbles...)5
