    @Z_I_L_L_A - I have used Sheiko almost exclusively for my rotation for block training. And it has me benching 3x a week- no heavy usually- just lots of time doing it. no crossfit mumbo jumbo here.

    Back last year my 1rm on flat bench was 120kg @ 81.5kg bodyweight. 2 weeks ago I got 120kg x4 reps @ 86.2kg body weight so I think a 1rm test is on the cards soon. Wish me luck
