    Sadly, this is the same for me. If I eat all 1200, I don't lose at all. If I stick to 1000-1100, then I will have a loss...a very slow one; 1-1.5 lbs a week.

    January was like that for me. Only lost .5 the entire month, but I'm going to give it one more month before I make any drastic changes. Also thinking hard about an inch loss goal and fat percentage as opposed to weight. Hang in there!!
