    @dbanks80 good luck! I always start doing this after a little success, I think I can treat myself and then go overboard. Back to logging everything, every day for me. Enjoy the Mexican food!

    February Weight Loss Challenge

    Lose 5+ pounds in February

    Beginning MFP Weight: 158.5
    1/30 Start Weight: 138
    Goal Weight February: 133 (- 5 pounds)
    Ultimate Goal: 125 by May 1 2017
    Weigh Day: Saturday
    2/4 –137.5 (-.5)
    2/11 –137.5 (-00000) The dreaded plateau has arrived!
    2/18 – 135 (-2.5) Ok, back on track! Happy to average 1 lb per week.
    2/25 – 134.5

    Total Loss February: 3.5 pounds.

    I’ll take it! I’ve adjusted my diet to include eating more low-glycemic foods. Last night we ate dinner at an Italian restaurant. I opted for the zucchini spaghetti rather than pasta. (It’s actually real zucchini cut with a spiral machine to look like pasta.) It was really good! I’m going to get one of those spiral machines...somewhere.

    They have some little hand ones that work like a pencil sharpener for $15 at WalMart, and some bigger ones that have a hand crank and look a little easier for like $25.
