No weight loss this week is a big dissappointment, but to be totally honest I was not as good as I have been. I let my niece talk me into sharing a slice of cheesecake a la mode before going to see a movie with her on Thursday night and we went out to eat onnthe weekend. Though I had only one dinner role plus a salad with light dressing and no cheese or egg, at Texas roadhouse, I totally over did it with the peanuts and yesterday we ordered Pizza Hut and I had 3 slices
Meal prep is the way to go helps you stay away from breads and other cravings. Good luck!

Don't get discouraged!!! I had a gain a few weeks back and let it get me off track for a while. Just keep going and keep logging. It will come off.4 -

I started off with a loss and now I've plateaued. I hope next week is better.
I read that I need to eat less processed food because that causes inflammation which might make a difference in my weight loss. I've been working out 5 days a week and mostly sticking to 1400 calories.

I am on a 1200 calorie meal plan, where food is delivered to me everyday including breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. I also run on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day. However, I feel I have plateaued, and I have started HIIT during running. Let's see how the next weigh-in goes! Fingers crossed.

100 gram off. Wow. What a result, but it's a loss. 67 kg was probably too optimistic at the beginning of the month. I think I have to be happy if I get anywhere under 68. I think I'm going back to weigh-in every day and at the end of the week take the average.
