Hi all! Katla - so pleased it has all gone well.
Had far too much to drink tonight. Definitely an alcohol free day tomorrow. Oooops!
We have three machines in the small, spare bedroom. A rower, a recumbent bike and an elliptical. I think the variety is important. We switch about and listen to the radio. BBC4. I do 290 on the rower, 110 on the elliptical and 136 on the bike. Then I do 64 on the mat (yoga, pilates, weights). All adding up to a manageable 1180 calories a day.
This enables me to EAT a satisfying consumption every day.
I truly believe exercise is the key to a long and healthy life. Vigorous, regular exercise.
Love to all, Heather UK xxxxxxx5 -
Sarah- I absolutely love this way of eating as well! It is very easy for me to hold off eating until 3 o'clock. I generally am not hungry first thing in the morning ever! I love to eat in the evening while watching TV! That's probably how I put most of my weight on I was eating three meals and snacking in the evening. Now I have a hard time getting enough calories in before I go to bed! That is why I try to pre-plan my meals so that I know what I need to eat for the evening. I love the quote!

A challenge for me is a husband who does most of the cooking and likes to feed me. He is absolutely supportive when I'm on my game. But - he will exploit my weakness! He would be happy to serve steak, baked potato, corn on the cob, macncheese, rice and beans - all in one meal. Over our 30 years together - I've taught him about having green veggies and about limiting starches. When I'm on my game... he helps me. He'll bake or grill fish and chicken or steak and serve more veggies. He'll consult me before making dinner.
He needs to lose weight too. This past year or two - he's struggled with back pain. He's been on opiates and they just quit working well. He'd feel good for a few hours - then miserable. My very active husband... the early riser who loved to fish and work in his garden and his wood working shop... has been sitting in his recliner in front of the tv or in bed. He hasn't been to our lake house in 2 years. I think misery loves company sometimes. And though he loves me... he couldn't see what he was doing to himself and me. I had a talk with him in December. Reminded him - he'd been here before. He quit pain meds years ago after a bad car wreck because he didn't like sitting in a recliner watching life pas him by. He quit the opiates for 5 weeks. Then began having pain that had him in tears. Kept him awake at night. Pain that wouldn't ease with Tylenol, Naproxen, heating pad. I had muscle relaxers for a pinched nerve in my neck. They were prescribed last summed. I gave him a muscle relaxer to see if it might work. He fell into a good sleep that night. Tried it another night. Feeling better. Skipped a day. Tried it the 4th day. Pain eased. He went back to his doctor (1/16) and discussed a new treatment plan. So... no more opiates. He has meds to relax muscles and nerves. And Tylenol 3 for periods of more pain.
I have my husband back! I knew we were on the right track when he left the house to run errands every day in week 2 of his new treatment plan And... he bought a BowFlex machine for us. Expect it by the 15th.
I see change coming!9 -

Hello Blooming Belles!
Houston, we have Springtime! (and Dallas, too.) Yes – in Texas, the weeds are growing, the Robins have arrived and I guess I should have sprouted my seeds already, to get my herb garden growing... I have heard that we are surely going to be frost-free going forward, as the Alligator ate chicken... Don’t ask me. It’s some weird Groundhog Day thing... If the Alligator eats the chicken – we are done with Winter. Um... ok. DH found that on the internet somewhere. Guess I am going to have to Google it myself, to get the details. But, regardless of where the surety comes from, anyone in North Texas can tell you – we are well down the road to Spring.
*sighs* That means I have no excuse not to get outside this weekend and do a little more work on my Frankenfence. I am trying to re-build the fence without having a large financial outlay.... and without digging a whole lot of post-holes... I need to just scratch the whole fence and start over – but, I can’t afford either the time or the money for that right now – and God knows I don’t have that kind of energy – so, I am trying to work with the materials at hand – mostly – and the posts that are already in the ground – to rebuild one small section at a time - using what few posts are still steady and as many of the old boards as I can.
Somewhere in the past – the people who lived in this house didn’t like the fact that they had only a short fence – maybe 5 feet in the back... So their BRILLIANT solution was – NOT to just take down the short boards and put on long ones – nooooo – that would have made too much sense. They did this crazy thing where they dug a few more post holes and kind of put a second layer of tall fence on... So for the last 15 years – the fence has been this weird conglomerate of those short round wood posts and some tall 4/4 square posts – with two layers of boards. Can you say “Dry rot?” Sure you can!
What I have been doing is what the other people should have done – tearing down the old fence – shoring up the supports, and nailing the long boards on without any crazy extra layers. It’s not beautiful – but it keeps the city off my back until I can afford to just hire someone to come in and build the fence properly – new metal posts, all new cross beams and all new boards. IF I can get the post-hole digger to work (translation – if my Hubby can get it to work!) I will probably do the fence myself in small bits – dig a couple of holes, set the metal posts – and put up one 8 foot section a weekend. I can handle that – despite my naturally lazy tendencies – but I have to be able to dig the holes without damaging myself.
My Frankenfence work is actually looking all right – but, I need to get the half that I haven’t re-built done.... Then it may be ok for another year while I save up some additional funds to get the real fence built.

Sherry – LOL – I am that cat.. First I drink the coffee.... And I love a good omelette – I mean, what’s not to love? Eggs, veggies and cheeeeeeese. It sounds like you are doing much better in the new place - and that makes me very happy for you. ((Hugs!!))
Lenora – Man, I almost forgot the stupid lunch again, today... Fortunately, as I pulled out of the driveway, I had that moment – and I just backed up and ran inside to grab it. I ate my delicious veggies and dip, today!
DJ – I would LOVE to be able to keep my curves... DH seems to like them – and I would hate to lose all this weight just to look worse than when I started... LOL. So far, the gods have been kind – but we shall see. And yes – she had a paperback in her hands about 12 inches out of the water. Must have been some incredible isometric exercise just keeping the thing that high out of the water while she kicked her feet up and down the lane. Hope you are feeling a little more the thing, today. ((Hugs!))
Katla – Thinking good thoughts for your Honey’s speedy healing and much improved vision!
Sarah – Excellent work on the additional steps! And hey, potty mouth is so much more attractive if it isn’t full of food... LOL. (yes, I know from experience!)
Kelly – My DH says he wants me to scatter his ashes in the local sewer pond... my Honey has a dark, dark sense of humor.
Lanette – I graduated from Joseph High School in scenic Joseph Oregon in 1983. It’s a fantastic place to live... if you don’t have to earn a living. And I LOVE the elliptical... far more than the treadmill... it’s such a great calorie burn with such a low impact! I don’t have one at home – but my gym has a lot of them, so, when my PT releases me to do weight bearing exercise, again, I am all over it!
Charleen – There is also some research to suggest that if you allow your body to get a little chilled – it has to burn more calories to warm you up – so you lose more weight because of the chill... I am just sad there isn’t more cold weather around here...
TNToni – Stay Strong, Sister! Eating everything in sight won’t make you feel any better – it will actually make you feel worse...
Heather – Got my fingers crossed for an offer for you! And I totally agree on the exercise. 1) it’s good for you. 2) It allows you to eat. I will find a way to exercise – no matter what – for as long as I am breathing on this earth.
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
Well, Girls – I have to get back to it... this week is a busy one. Tomorrow I have a doc’s appointment and a PT session before my full day of work... so, yeah. No cooking, tonight... and none tomorrow, either. We are eating leftover lentils, tonight and delicious pizza tomorrow. Yum. I will just have to be sure to remember my LUNCH tomorrow, so I can afford the calories at dinner.
Hugs for Everybody!

Hello all: Still yucky weather here. I moved from SD so I wouldn't have to put up with the snow and ice anymore and I am definitely not appreciating this. I am debating going to choir tonight as it has melted some today but will probably freeze tonight again. I do not like driving on slick roads, snow I can do, ice not so much. Don't like the feeling of not being in control of my car. Eating going well today, white chicken chili in the crockpot for dinner tonight.
Karen - Hope all goes well with the new grandson.
Katla - Glad you are home and things have gone well so far.
Rita - Sorry for your son but have fun looking at those RVs.
Sherry - Loved the cat with the hair cut. We had a Himalayan cat that had to be clipped every spring. She always looked so funny and the other cat would hiss at her for days.
Everyone take care, Sue in WA

Barbie: Living in a safe community can't be over appreciated. DH is currently asleep in his recliner and we're looking forward to tomorrow's appointment with the eye doctor. Our dog went along for the whole adventure but he had to wait in the car during the eye surgery itself. He was a very good boy at the hotel and didn't bark even when the people in the next room were loud and obnoxious. Dog-- People-- :grumble:
MichelleMo719: Welcome to a great group. :flowerforyou:
Rita: Thinking about your son's situation and sending good thoughts for all of you. Enjoy yourselves looking at RV's.
Sue in WA: You moved to an area that usually has easy weather. This isn't usual. In South Dakota I would guess that most people know how to drive in slick conditions. That isn't something you can count on here in the Pacific NW. Be careful if you decide to go to choir practice. Other drivers may be the biggest hazards on the trip. :flowerforyou:
DH is sleeping in his favorite chair and wants pot roast for dinner. I guess I'd better go and get it started. The best part is that we'll have leftovers to make into this and that for days.

I'd like to join this group also. I am 63 yrs old, I am a teacher in middle school for kids with learning disabilities. I had a major surgery on my ear in August 2016 which really bummed me out. Also a diabetic, I needed to makes sure my uncontrolled blood sugar was under control in order to heal properly. I went on my mission to lose weight and exercise in September and have been doing really well. I focus on what I can sustain and so far the balance I have found is working. But the temptations and food addictions are lurking all around me. Teachers LOVE to eat so at work I either bring my own or make smart choices of what the luncheons provide. I don't feel so deprived anymore and have my twisty treat ice cream every month! I have lost 33 lbs so far and want to go another 15 in however long it takes... :-)5

OK I just found out how to post on here lol had to scroll all the way to the bottom. Well ladies I am on a mission I love the fact that there is support here. I always seem to do things of this nature by myself and then I let myself down. So I am so so glad to be here and have support. Now I can be lazy lol. I just went through my closet a couple of weeks ago and now half my closet is gone. Its good in one way but no so in another. I really want to feel good about myself and not have to look down and not see my toes lmao. So I hope to make some friends here so that I can be accountable for what I am trying to do and have support. Thx ladies!4

Lanette - I have an elliptical at home, I don't like going to gyms.
I found treadmills to be very boring and with my feet, knees and sometimes hip issues (they didn't want to be left out) the elliptical is easier on my joints. With that said, I can change up my resistance and have many programmed routine choices I can make based on what I feel like doing for that session. Stairmasters seemed to cause me joint problems after using them a couple of times.
Please don't judge me but my favorite part is the little fan that can be adjusted to blow in my face as I heat up while working out. Silly I know, but it sure does feel good. Beyonce has nothing on me and my elliptical.

Welcome. I learned how to navigate this thread a little at a time and as I did that, I learned about the other women and began to build connections. These women have encouraged me for a long time. I eat my breakfast while reading their inspiring and comforting words.

Thank you all for your comments on ellipticals. Hope to try one out!
And Charleen, when I'm on the treadmill at the gym I make sure to grab one of their giant square fans -- they have a lot of them.
Re, thanks for the info on Joseph, OR! Have you been back there since you were a child? My friend and her hubby love to go and hang out at one of local taverns - I can't recall right now but they have some special meal or fancy iced tea they love and haven't found anywhere else. Love your fence story -- I can't recall, are you fencing to keep critters in? Or out? I could have used you when we had the farm, we were always redoing fences.... interesting how folks cobbled things up and how they managed to keep cattle in.
Today, just for giggles I decided to check my blood sugar -- this is basically day 4 of low sugar eating -- no junk food, candy, snack cakes or chips.
So right before lunch it was 84.... a couple hours after lunch it was still 84..... an hour after supper it was 92.
It's never been that low in my life. I kind of ate all day - mostly low carb stuff, nuts,- fried egg with sautéed mushroom for breakfast, plain whole milk yogurt and a tablespoon of applesauce with a handful of walnuts and maybe 1/4 c frozen raspberries stirred in, and black bean/quinoa salad for lunch. Supper was big salad with coleslaw mix, about 1/4 c of kidney beans fished out of the three bean salad (the dressing has a lot of sugar in it!), a whole avocado cut up, a tablespoon Caesar Caesar dressing and about half a cup chopped rotisserie chicken leg.
Last time I was at the doc's it had crept into the "watch it" column -- diabetes does run in my family. So this is a great NSV (non scale victory). I'll be curious to see how my BP responds; I need to dig out the little BP cuff and check it out.
Flooding possible here over the next couple days. Our place is high so no problem for us but some roads will be under water and closed. Happens a lot here being surrounded by hills and mountains in the Pacific Northwest. Good excuse to stay home - glad I don't have to drive into work - I used to be the person who dispatched the road crews out to close the flooded roads, not my worry any more!

Lenora, when I first developed my MS I had a lot of tremors also. Eating peas was an adventure. Tonight we were eating steak. I had always got on Charlie because he never used a knife to cut meat up. He would always say shy use a knife when you can just use a fork. This was for steak or a good juicy pork chop, and I mean thick pork chop like you get a a steak house. Tonight he was having trouble cutting his steak with a fork and knife. He said it was like exerting 6 pounds of pressure. Oh well, I guess it is progression of his Parkinson's. He told me that he wouldn't be walking on the mall today because tonight being Karaoke night he took a shower and the shower wore him out enough he couldn't do both. It's also ileostomy bag day and it's just to many activities for him to do in one day. We think our men our going to live a long healthy life. My face book memories told me it was in 2014 on this day he had his 2nd two stents put in.
I had never thought of it but Charlie is an Eore. Did I spell that wrong????? He is the pessimist and I am the forever optimist. Opposites do attract. I often wonder what a marriage would be like if he weren't so much of the eternal pessimist.
I was reading a comment I made Sunday on face book. It was my Mom's birthday and I always write a comment on Feb 5th saying what she meant to me. My Dad meant the same to me but I never write any comment on his birthday. I wonder why????.
I certainly hope that This is us continues for several more seasons. I don't see how they could not. It was nominated for peoples choice award. If anyone who has not watched it want to start, I would say it is very important to start with the very first episode. It sets the whole tone of the rest of the shows and it kind of helps you get used to going from past to present. Very interesting about Toby wearing a fat suit. I wonder why they couldn't have just hired a fat guy.
I have been freezing today. Winter has arrived again or us and I guess I was enjoying the 50's for to long. But it's snowing tonight. Even with the temp in our house at 74,I am cold. I have been wrapped up in a blanket all day. I didn't go to church for that reason.
Physical therapy was different today. She had me walking on the treadmill. I had tried a treadmill at the Y before and I never liked it. But she helped me learn that I don't have to move the treadmill myself and I found I felt better holding onto the back of the treadmill instead of the rails. Then we used restistance bands. Then it was the wonderful TENS. I have her put it on the very top setting and then today she put heat on me at the end. I left very happy. Next Monday is evaluation day.

Call me crazy but I love to see other people happy and succeeding .
Good Evening My Dear Friends,
Karen, congrats on the new grand!!! And congrats on not ordering anything you shouldn’t at the drive through. Keep up the good choices. (later) Hope he is okay.
Jbrinker, welcome. This is a wonderful place for support and information. Please tell us a bit about yourself to help us get to know you. We also appreciate it if you will sign each post with the name you want to be called and a location, general or specific.
SueB, I can’t believe you didn’t recognize my Texas drawl when I type? Lol After all these years you’d think I would lose it.
MicheleNC, every time I read about you going to Aldi it makes me so anxious for ours to open. The building is coming along nicely after their long delay in starting it.
Joyce, I have a number of friends that use Home Advisors. I have never used them but hope I remember to the next time we have a need.
Pit, congrats on your loss. That is fantastic. Keep up the great work.
to any Newbies. Come often and join in the chat. This thing works!! Please sign your post with what you want to be called. It makes it easier for us to respond to you. Also a location is great, be it specific or general. We are happy to have you join us.
A question for you cooks. I have some Oriental Five Spice. What shall I use it in? It smells a bit sweet. I went to the gym again today so trying to get back in the swing. I didn’t really want to go but gladly didn’t talk myself out of it. I am tired now so going to bed and will try to catch up tomorrow.
Sending love, good thoughts and sunshine to all of you.
I Love you

Well I wiped out on the ice in the hospital parking lot AGAIN today, heading down the ramp to my car with my winter snow grip shoes on .. we’ve had so much icefog lately that everything is really slick! A super nice lady helped me up and together we brushed off my coat. It was kindof comical - feet shot straight out from beneath me and I landed square on my derriere! (that’s a pa-tooty you the non-Canadian’s) LOL OW!!! .. had to put off my mall walk for another day. Tailbone is pretty darned sore - again!
Got to my car only to have a couple of drifter types come walking up on my drivers side window and ask if they could borrow my phone and $5 bucks. Hospital security guards were on their tail. Crimes been bad lately again in Anchor-town - Denny’s was robbed at 8 am the other morning just two blocks from the hospital - they robbed the cashier and 4 patrons at gunpoint - A-holes!!!
Here's a quick review of how not to fall on the ice - seriously, it could be a little softer to land on!

Joyce - my heart goes out to you - you surely have your hands full coping with your MS and your hubbies challenges - it sounds like you have great therapy people to work with. I love the TENS .. my PT will use it after ultrasound therapy and I will often fall asleep - unfair of them to wake me up to send me home again
Lanette - great blood sugar readings! I really liked that plan you wrote up - very doable!
Grogers511 - my husband Scott is the head chef in our household too - usually supportive of my eating too but a sneaky saboteur as well! Great that your hubby got off those constipating pain meds. Good for you helping out your mum with the dentist!
Sarah - glad you are feeling better, eating well and still swearing (it’s good for you!) LOL
Toni - have a great time in the pool!
Tammy - I like the psycho cat reference - my 3 weenies went mental at 12:30 am when the mouse trap in our kitchen clicked !
Lenora - I always wondered about those HGTV home sweepstakes - they always look so great!
Fanncy - Ocular migraines - had my first one after being caught on a commercial fishing vessel in a huge storm off the south end of Kodiak Island in 2002. My world was “bent” like a fun-house mirror for 2 days. Now I only get them when highly stressed - not pleasant!
Katla - glad you and your hubby are home from his surgery - wishing him a quick recovery
Barbie - your walk sounds wonderful - dogs - audiobook - snowfall - perfect!
Re - Springtime sounds great! Here in Alaska we call it “Breakup”. Spring comes at us all at once - everything melts fast, typically over a 2-3 week period of time. We live on a hill and our road turns into a river.
Pitegny - AWESOME weight loss for the week! Congratulations!!! Woot woot!
Yinka - the cufflinks were great! Do you make any earrings? My grands were from England; Blackburn and Lancashire. I traveled to Blackpool alone a few years back to sprinkle my granddads ashes along the beach where he used to love to go and ride donkeys as a boy.
Rita - great job on the squat challenge!
Pip - those black lab pics are really making me want another - so sweet!!!
Charleen - climate related weight loss article was really interesting - thanks for sharing!
Cheri - congrats on the weight loss! Great job!
Mary - congratulations on your weight loss and getting into keto! Burn baby burn. The 19:5 fast is fascinating - I will check it out some more. Might not be doable for type2 diabetes though.
Margaret - I really like the way you think - and the way with which you say it!
Welcome new ladies ! ccinep - tailwagers - grogers511 - jbrinker23 - starr68 - tammyclf - michellemo - ritabaumann - frannieshack

I mistyped my calorie consumption for the day - it's 1800. If I can I try to eat a little bit under that, but that amount keeps me steady on maintenance. I'm using 1200 as a base and adding in my 600 exercise. I don't often go over.
The exercise is 536 on the machines and 64 on the mat in my bedroom and dumbbells. I try every day to strengthen my knee, my feet arches, my pelvic floor and I do face exercises while I'm on the machines.
I'm awake now in the night, but I will be going back to bed. The house business is on my mind.
Hoping to hear from DDIL about when we can go and see the grandchildren. It's Bea's first birthday in March, but we hope to visit before then.

Marnie, there was a man about my age there at PT and they put the TENS on him and he made them take it off. I laughed to myself, he couldn't take the 'pain' of it.
Re, when I first read your heading I thought you wrote bloomin bellies!
I saw a commercial on TV today on a shower head that shuts itself off when you move your head away from it. Has anyone seen it? I'm sure it would be expensive but in the end would save a lot of money on water and electricity. I put it in a search engine and Moer but it is an older one that has a blue tooth speaker for when you just have to be on the phone. Well that's what I have an answering machine for. Yes, I still have a land line. Anyway I was hoping some one knew about this shower head.

Hey now.....
Wouldn't you know it.....more freakin' snow again today!!! Then this afternoon it turned to freezing rain making it a deep and slick as snot mess. No evening walk for this girl, I'm not taking the chance of slipping and falling again. That last time hurt bad! So I've been wandering around the house trying to get my steps in, lol. I'm ready for summer dangit!!
Tonight's dinner was a nice thick ground sirloin patty with cheese and a couple strips of bacon on it, no bun, yum, and a couple cups of steamed broccoli and baby carrots. For desert I splurged a lil on a few fudge dipped mint cookies since I had the calories available for them, yummy!!!
Have I mentioned lately how much I love this Roku stick??? I just can't get over how much educational stuff and documentaries I have access to! And all the movies!!! I still miss Discovery, Nat Geo, Animal Planet and such, but I think I'm as close to TV heaven as I can get for free!
I also found an app in the Amazon App Store for daily listings of free ebooks! Good ones too! I've already downloaded enough ebooks to keep me going for months and months, but i keep checking the listing everyday and keep finding more free ebooks I want to read! Thank goodness this Fire tablet has an SD card slot that I can transfer the card I had in my other tablet to and store all the ebooks on it. It's a high capacity card too so I still have tons of room for even more ebooks! I'm lovin' this Fire tablet more and more. Definitely a good trade-up!
Katla - I am so happy your DH's surgery went well! Got my fingers crossed for his appointment with the eye doc tomorrow!
RE - hahhaahaha, Frankenfence!! That's too funny! Wish I was there to help, I love building "new" from old. I'm sure you are doing a wonderful job with the materials that you have. You should have taken "before" pics and pics along the way so we could see your progress.
Ellipticals....tried one at a gym many moons ago, was only on it for maybe 5 minutes but the next day was I sore! Heck of a workout for me, so when I can get into an apartment I think I'm going to purchase a good used one to put in my living room. I found it fun to use and can burn a butt load of calories on it. Treadmills are OK, but I would rather walk outside.
OK, time for some memes before I cash out for the night so you early risers can get your giggles on.....

Joyce - There are days when I will use a spoon over trying to get 'anything' on a fork. Sometimes you can mash things like 'rice' in the tines; but, only if it is sticky. It just gets worse if I try to 'think' hard enough to concentrate on getting food on a fork. A sharp 2 prong fork is great when trying to cut meat; but, rough on your lips and nose if you try to eat with it. What I find best when eating steak is to turn the fork downward; and not 'change' hands to eat it after cutting my meat. I don't know when a lot of us started putting our knife down and moving our fork back to our dominant hand. Lefties or right-handers. I am definitely a people-watcher. I've watched other people eat and some change hands, some keep the fork turned downward and don't change hands. Some turn it over to eat. I hate the forks at most 'Mexican' restaurants ... always flat! I'm sure they are a lot cheaper; but, I will take mine and push it against the heavy plate to bend it slightly so it will 'scoop' a little. I've often wondered if it was a 'habit' or some sort of 'etiquette' movement. Surprisingly, I can use chopsticks. I think it is because my hands natural will cramp up in that position, so I can move the fingers and pick things up. I'd just like to think I could get most of my food 'in my mouth' before I shake it off the fork and all over me. Funny thing is that I do not like to sit with my back to the door, ever! One Italian restaurant we go to (will sit 2 people at a 4-person table; both with their backs to the door. I'd rather sit across the table from someone than sit side-by-side. Eating spaghetti, some cut it up; some twirl it on a spoon. I cut mine up; but, in large chunks, then twirl it on the fork against the plate. If I don't cut it and try to twirl it up against a spoon, seems like it just gets bigger and bigger and bigger ... and I still get spaghetti sauce on my chin. I eat spaghetti at home. I do great with finger food! I'd rather have a salad at Olive Garden, that I have to cut up; than to have one at Wendy's or Zaxby's that is cut up so finely you can't keep it on the fork. You can't scoop it and you certainly cannot stab it. Oh, and a cherry tomato ... I am going to cut that sucker in 1/2 ... if I am lucky enough to stab it to begin with. Love them, but occasionally they are just not at all cooperative.

Thanks for the welcome. Today's been a bit of a bust for me. Got up late not feeling good - maybe weather change? Didn't do morning stretching exercises. Got asked to cover a couple coworkers on my break when I usually walk. Got surprised at lunch when as I'm sitting with my healthy meal, some one brings me an expensive high fat, high sodium meal. Carbs high too. Kinda got stuck eating it. Also wasn't able to get evening strength exercises in. I try to be a positive person, but today was truly one of those days when you want to ask, "Why bother?" Fortunately, I just stayed at goal even though I usually try to come in under.1
